1. HK/MG and strain-Si core/IO logic device design and its derivative devices
2. Device characteristics analysis and parameter measurement. Device boosting planning
3. Process qualification analysis and reliability improvement
4. Improve process Cp/Cpk to industry and automotive grades
5. Handle layout dependence effect of all devices
6. WAT testkey design and co-work with IT for big-data EDA analysis
