工作職責
Sales Management (70%)
• Support execution of Channel revenue plans to agreed metrics and targets
• Drive improvement in customer satisfaction through the enablement of strategic account planning, timely issue resolution and internal support
• Take active role in operational sales processes, understanding how to operate as one to win in the marketplace
• Orchestrate sales reviews and rhythm of the business for the Channel, including key account plans and performance monitoring
• Utilize financial acumen to drive win-win outcomes
Strategic Sales Planning (15%)
• Build Channel sales strategy utilizing industry knowledge and trends, channel partner insights and Data Center/IDCunderstanding to drive Channel growth and accelerate business model transformation
• Develop digital transformation approach in alignment with the overall Fii vision and product long range plans, and support partners in their omni-channel evolution
• Drive Consumer Channel segmentation, optimization, scale and Fii’s strategic resource
Leadership and People Development (15%)
• Thought leadership on the Data Center & IDC business, inspiring a future focus shared vision
• Lead role excellence and skills development strategy for all related roles to our Data Center & IDCsales business
