• Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business administration or related fields
•英文可作為工作語言,中文聽說讀寫無障礙
• English can be used as a working language, and Chinese is accessible in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

• 具備優秀的溝通能力,善於發現問題,解決問題
• Have excellent communication skills and be good at identifying and solving problems
• 具備海外建廠經驗或EMS大廠經驗尤佳
• Overseas factory construction experience or EMS experience in large factories is preferred

工作職責

1.負責外派幹部的日常行政工作,協同業務部門做好簽證辦理、入職報到、員工管理、薪酬績效等
1.Responsible for the daily administrative work of expatriate expats, and collaborate with business departments to complete visa processing, on-boarding and registration, employee management, salary and performance, etc.
2.針對日常工作的異常情況,做好追蹤與反饋
2.Follow up and provide feedback on abnormal situations in daily work

3.協助主管推動公司人事相關政策的落地
3.Assist supervisors to promote the implementation of company HR related policies
4.負責海外文化建設,組織定期關愛活動
4.Responsible for overseas cultural construction and organizing regular care activities
