工作職責
1. Execute thermal design of air cooling and liquid cooling solutions.
2. Communicate with internal and external department to solve issues and make sure can meet target on time:- Excellent teamwork and communication (verbal and writing) skill- Systematically & logically thinking and do support management
3. Thermal & acoustic & mechanical solution consulting & designing- Thermal simulation, thermal and acoustic test- Cooler design, heat sink, cold plate, CDU, heat pipe, Fans and so on.- Vendor management- New technology study
