工作職責

Procurement Project Management
a. Familiarize with the overall situation at the India site, participate in relevant meetings.
b. Ensure the supply: Monitor the supply status of electronic materials at the India site, including coordinating various T&C negotiations (Term optimization/VMI/Vendor Localize).
c. Maximize profit:
- Individual unit costs are lower than those in mainland China: Compare differences with projects in mainland China.
- Understand the quality status of electronic materials at the India site, discuss with mainland counterparts, and adopt corresponding vendor negotiation strategies.
- Coordinate with local engineering & manufacturing, assist the India site in reducing attrition.
d. Intelligence gathering: Understand the overall situation of competitors in India, aiming to achieve the level of mainland China.
